Danah is an associate. She works on a variety of corporate matters and commercial transactions, including corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to Joining J&S, Danah worked in an international law firm where she had experience in assisting and advising clients on regulatory, procedural and advisory corporate and employment matters for both local and foreign investors.
